Who Am I

 I'm Myrna Rainey, the proud creator and instructor of Drop It Dance Fitness. With 38 years of experience as a choreographer and dance instructor, and a background as a licensed massage therapist, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how to keep the body vibrant and strong. My deep love for dance and genuine passion for connecting with people led me to create Drop It Dance—a high-energy, judgment-free space where movement becomes pure joy. Through the art of dance, I get to inspire others to move their bodies in a way that's not only fun but transformative! 

 

The Fun

 The music, conversations, and atmosphere, of the classes makes working out and moving your body feel a little less of a workout and more like hanging out til you sweat !!! 

The Goal

The goal is to  get a little exercise in,  move the body a little and have fun and at the same time.  Stress- Drop IT, Inches- Drop It, Weight-Drop It, Sweat- Drop It We drop it all on the floor!
